Return policy

At Citronella Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Return conditions
Our return policy only applies to items that meet the following criteria:
- New: Unused, unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition.
- Original packaging: Accompanied by their original packaging intact and their labels still attached.
- Non-promotional: Items purchased on promotion are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

PLEASE NOTE : Items that have been used, worn, washed, or have had their tags removed, as well as items on sale, cannot be returned. In addition, the initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to make a return?

1. Return period
You have 14 days following receipt of your order to make a return request. Any request beyond this period will be refused. Citronella Paris reserves the right to refuse any return deemed non-compliant.

2. Download the return form
To initiate the process:
- Download and complete the return form available on our website.
- Indicate your order number and the reason for the return.
- Include the completed form in your package. If you want an exchange, please specify this as well.

3. Preparing the package
Carefully pack items in their original condition:
- Unused: Unworn, unwashed, no stains.
- Labels intact: Keep all labels attached.
- Original packaging: Fold the original packaging properly.

4. Costs and Shipping
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You can return your items via:
- La Poste or Colissimo (France).
- Bpost (Belgium).
- DHL (Germany).

⚠️ Returns via Mondial Relay are not accepted.

5. Return processing
Upon receipt of your package, we will proceed to:
- A refund or
- An exchange, according to your request.

If the replacement item is out of stock, a refund of its value will be issued. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

⏳ Returns are typically processed within 7-14 days of receipt.
